you can use the clone stamp, the eraser or the healing brush; its quite easy since in this case it barely was needed to draw some extra hair

I'd have to agree with rudd on the banding in the background. The piece is so close to professional quality, it would be worth it to make sure the background was there as well.

The neck is causing me some problems though. It looks large and flat, and reads as being bloated. Recommend you put in 2 dark(er) (not too dark) vertical bands that hints at the original structure of the neck: 1 band 1/4 to 1/3 from the left of the neck, and the other about 1/6 to 1/8 in from the right side of the neck.
Also, just darken the neck under the ear (all the way from the neck to the shoulder). That will help the neck read as a column and not fight with the face for attention.

I think that will be worth trying, hope it helps =)
